Maybe Brady...

In June of 2007 we were so excited to find out that our family was growing again! Baby #2 was on the way! Here is a snapshot of the last 10 months or so. When I was 13 weeks pregnant I took a trip to the emergency room. Everything turned out to be just fine and we got the exciting news that we were expecting a boy. With knowing so soon you would have thought that we would have a name picked out earlier in the pregnancy. However, it took us until a few days before his arrival to decide on the name Braden Samuel Wills (nickname: Brady). We liked the name Braden a lot and it had some extra sentiment because Sam has relatives that live in Braden, England and we were able to visit them a few years ago- it was a very special time for us. We had toyed with the name Brady for several months, but Talia threw in a monkey wrench when she declared that she wanted the baby's name to be Colby. She continued to call him Colby during the end of my pregnancy. She made us rethink our choice, but in the end, Brady felt like the right name. We told her she could call him Colby though if she wanted. She did end up dropping the name Colby from her brother and giving it to a new baby doll that she often refers to as "Big, Huge Baby"!
